Every farm sounds amazing!
I'm looking forward to Leopard's Leap and those delicious sounding cocktails.
Boekenhoutskloof- For the release of the new chocolate block- one of my favorites.

Candyce Bouffe

This sounds amazing, such a great idea for a good friends birthday weekend! We are 4 musketeers, so it would be ideal. Franschhoek is one of the most beautiful places, I can't wait.
Haute Cabriere: It is always a winner, especially the pierre jourdan!
Vrede en lust: I want to experience going 'beyond my wildest dreams'.
Plaisir de Merle: pour un goût de mon héritage as well as the
Grande Provence Heritage for some elegance, and
Allee Bleue for a bit of fun adn relaxtion :)

Boekenhoutskloof: for that chocolate experience!

I would love to visit them all!
Can't Wait!

Wow, YES please! This sounds amazing.. hmm which to choose can I pick all? If I had to choose 1) Anthonij Rupert Wine Estate.. because experiencing ‘La Dolce Vita’ sounds like the right idea 2) Haute Cabriere for Pierre Jourdan Cape Classiques and oysters 3) La Bri for the Syrah and chocolate. Awesome :)

Franschhoek uncorked will prove to be another great weekend in wine country. In no particular order and not exclusively, the wine farms myself and friends will be visiting is Allee Bleue, fantastic wines and accompaniments (Basil pesto & olives), Haute Cabriere, best bubbly ever and if lucky this time around I may just finally win a bottle of bubbly with the tennis ball toss. Really looking forward to trying out the new entrant Four Paws. Other than those, we'll see where the road takes us. Have a great festival everybody !!!

I will be sure to visit Allee Bleue, Noble Hill and Leopard's Leap if I win, visiting these farms would be the perfect start to Spring.

Allee Bleue offers so much more than just wine. It has a great character and the restaurant makes great food. Noble Hills Wines, need I say more? Their wines are amazing and their tasting room is so modern and funky. Leopard's Leap is just a beautiful place to be, the atmosphere is just right and the wine cocktails would be a real treat.

Alexis Charles

We could never go to Franschhoek with stopping at Haute Cabriere for Franschhoek's finest Cap Classique! Solms-Delta to stock up on more bottles of Cape Jazz Shiraz; Dieu Donné & Roca Restaurant for live music and tapas, and Franschhoek Cellar & Bellingham Wines for the cheese and chocolate tastings #fhuncorked

Angela Davie

Spoilt for choice here, but I would have to go with…(in no particular order)
Haute Cabriere, for deliciously decadent oysters and Cap Classique.
Solms-Delta, for traditional Kaapse kos and entertainment.
Boekenhoutskloof, as the Chocolate Block in my opinion is one of the best!!
Vrede en Lust, for their crazy carnival theme.
So there you have it, 4 wine farm choices for 4 tickets…I’ve never had the pleasure of attending the Uncorked Festival, so these tickets would seriously be great - Fingers Crossed!!

I've never been to the #fhuncorked fest and what perfect timing as it happens to be the weekend of mine and my boyfriends 2 year anniversary:) really looking forward to being in a beautiful, romantic little city, with some world class wine and my other half. Especially looking forward to viting vrede and Lust, heard nothing but amazing reviews. #wine #love and #Franschoek No better Combination. Can't wait!

Haute Cabriere - the best Pino Noir around! Through in some bubbles and I'm easily bribed into anything! And as for that view...

Wayne Ashley Berry

Without a doubt I'd be most excited to visit Boekenhoutskloof. The Chocolate Block is probably the best wine I've ever tasted, being able to celebrate its tenth vintage would be a dream come true. With live blues and a BBQ in the background I couldn't think of a more perfect weekend, other than being able to take 3 friends with me!!

‘La Dolce Vita’ at the Terra del Capo tasting room and Antipasto Bar, situated at the Anthonij Rupert Wine Estate

We have been to every single Uncorked festival, and we really have a ball of a time! Definitely the best festival in the Western Cape!
I have to admit, its a tough one, as all the farms have something special, and a great Heritage!
But, if I have to decide, it has to be Solms Delta, as they are so community driven, and its just such a fun-filled place, that gets us dancing all the time! There are just so many local folk, that are given the opportunity to shine, and that is a huge bonus! Lets not even talk about the scrumptious food that they serve, yummy! The Cape Jazz Shiraz, what a beautiful wine that is!
Secondly, Graham Beck, oh, what a beauty! The staff are fantastic, and when we walk in, we are greeted by name! What an honor, and they serve the best wine cocktail! Colin, we'll see you on the 7th!

Jenny Sarah

I want to go to EVERY farm! But if I had to choose... I'd say Leopard's Leap (how interesting do those wine cocktails sound?!) and Vrede en Lust for the amazing wine and crazy stunts. I've never been to a wine festival before but everything on the program sounds mindblowing! Definitely need these tickets in my life!

Kate Coulson

Never been to any but Vrede and Lust sounds super fezzy! What a way to celebrate my roomie/best friend's 21st! EEEEK

Franschhoek Cellar & Bellingham Wines- the chocolate, wine, cheese and biltong tasting sounds incredible not to mention the jazz band sounds like a awesome afternoon out.
Haute Cabriere- Oyster tasting, wine and music perfect combination

Boekenhoutskloof for sure, chocolate is hard to resist, but the presence of both the chocolate block & delicious wines: I may have an idea of heaven!

Mike Pearlson

L'allee Bleu & Solms Delta both epitomise l'esprit / the gees of Franschhoek. The former for French flair and Solms Delta for great food, wine & waare Kaapse entertainment!

Being a lover of good food and good wine and spending time in great company, this is sure to be the best way to celebrate my birthday on the 4th! My friends and I will celebrate 'La Dolce Vita' at Anthonij Rupert Wine Estate at the Terra del Capo tasting room and Antipasto Bar; enjoy and celebrate the launch of The Chocolate Box 2012 at well as savour the flavours of the cheese, chocolate, biltong and olive oil tastings at Franchoek Cellar & Bellingham Wines!
Rickety Bridge offers further opportunity to celebrate THE GOOD LIFE with good food, good wine and good music - Happy B'day to ME!!! end end off our fantastic weekend, we will enter a world Beyond our Wildest Dreams at Vrede en Lust...we, might not want to return to the real world...

Hope to visit them all as I was unable to last year.... Good friends awsome wine farms = priceless :)

jess glass

Oooooh... where to start?
Franschhoek wine route is full of fantastic farms and delicious wines to taste...
My journey would start half way up the pass at Vrede en Lust for their stunning views of the valley, then we would pop in to Haute Cabriere for their amazing pinot nior, Rickety Bridge for some more great wine and snacks, Solms-Delta for their fresh flavors and we would finish up at Plaisir de Merle to completely a wonderful day of wine and fun!

Lisa Clarke

I want to start off at Vrede en Lust for the most delicious wine and then head to Solms-Delta for some amazing Cape meals and to end off the night on a high note I would go to Boekenhoutskloof for the perfect wine festival jol.

Dirk Harris

Boekenhoutskloof for the three B's - Blues, BBQ and Block!
